What is the best way to look after your shirts?

 To ensure longevity and best performance from your shirts always follow the care advice on the label.  A normal machine wash on a warm cycle is preferable as hot or very cold water is more likely to shrink or shift the color in a garment. Always check the label first as different fabric constructions require different washing cycles. Wash similar colours together and never leave your shirt soaking in detergent with the exception of white fabrics which may be carefully soaked in a special solution by experienced launderers. Never add bleach to coloured, striped or checked shirts as it is only intended to use on white garments.
